Following your JPL consultation, you'll receive personalized recommendations based on your goals, movement assessment, and training needs. From there, you can choose the development path that's right for you and select an 8, 12, or 24-session package.
Whether your focus is athletic performance, muscle growth, fat loss, speed and agility, or vertical jump development, every program is built specifically for your goals and progression.
